"The GoRun is everything it's cracked up to be. Eliminates even a THOUGHT of heal striking, and is FAST! Great cushioning up to about 8 miles, but I'll try this out next week in the Ogden marathon. This shoe is great if you have plantar fascitis, a common and chronic injury for runners. True to size,nimble, makes you feel like a fast teenager!"

"GoRuns are steadily making their way into the circles of serious runners and triathletes. They are light, and flexible like minimalist shoes, but have the best arch support, and almost no heel strike, so you don't pound when you run, but have a mid or forefoot strike. They tend to be popular with athletes with injuries like sole pain (plantar fasciitis) and can be magic to recover from and avoid some injuries. One nice surprise is that they are well built and mine last as long or longer than top of the line Nikes and Sauconys."

"I am a tried and true Nike person, but reluctantly bought these because of a great deal. I am very pleased with the quality and feel of these shoes. I am not a runner, but rather an avid walker. I think if one were to use these for running they would be extremely happy with them."

"I like the shoe, like the fit and really like the style.
Only concern is that the heel doesn't feel like a good enough support for an actual running shoe. Therefore, I do not run in them. Feels like I could actually hurt myself if I run in them due to the lack of support.
They have become a casual shoe.
Plus the white soles on the shoes make them impossible to keep clean."

"While the idea of not wearing socks with your shoes may take some getting used to, the performance of the shoe is great. It is effective in promoting the mid-foot strike, and by far the thinnest and lightest shoe I have ever held."
