"I bought these for my daughter, and she was happy to wear and receive these. Very comfortable, versatile shoe. HOWEVER, 2 times after wearing them she started complaining about her socks and feet getting wet, when she'd get home from school. Sure enough, there are holes in the bottom, cracks and they really look wore out on the sole of the shoe. I expect more from NINE WEST and cannot say I will buy their shoes again."

"Nine West makes a fabulous shoe for girls. This design is very comfortable and also functional as well. The sole has cushion and the elasticized heel is perfect. Trying to find a black flat for my daughter's foot proved very difficult until we found this shoe. Growing out of one pair and into another is a true testament to this shoe's function."

"So disappointed with the quality of this shoe. My daughter (who is very easy on clothes and shoes), ended up with a hole in these in about 2 weeks. I thought paying this much money for a pair of shoes, they would have at least lasted longer than two weeks."

"I had hoped that the elastic around the shoes would help them to stay on my granddaughter's feet but no such luck! She walked right out of them! If she had been able to keep them on, I think they would have been comfortable. Going to a smaller size did not seem an option as I think her toe would have been too close to the end, & she also would have outgrown them quickly. Ballet-type slippers just don't work for this child, even with elastic."
