Be prepared for these to be a little snug. They do stretch out. I have a very high instep so I could barely put these on at first. They now fit pretty good still a little snug, but better.

These shoes are so comfy and warm. I bought them in both colors, bought some for my sister and mom too. These type of shoes are basically the only ones I can wear to reduce pain from plantar fasciatis.
