"No need to break in, put them on and wore all day. Haven't tried hiking or checking to see if they truly are waterproof, but so far happy with my purchase. I've had Born's in the past and soles fall apart and reviews are terrible, so wanted to try something new, reasonably priced, with good reviews so far so good!
My daughter thinks they look like boys shoes, but I'm a Tomboy. Do like the look of Borns better, but not at the expense of shoes that fall apart"

"I work road construction and need to walk a lot on the job. These boots are light weight and durable so they will last for 1/2 a season and feel good on my feet. Other work boots are heavy and don't have the support. I also like them for hiking."

"I've worn these boots dozens of times over the past year. They're durable, comfortable and waterproof up to the laces. And they're much cheaper than most hiking boots.
