Doesn't fulfill it's purpose

"I had high expectations for these boots when going on RV trip to Yellow Stone park. Even ordered them with next day air delivery to get on time for the trip.
I have narrow feet so I thought these would be a good match for me, but the boots are too narrow even for me!
However the biggest problem is not the comfort. These supposed to be a waterproof boots, as stated in the description. That's a lie. I haven't even stepped in a puddle - just used them in the morning to walk over wet grass. When I got back in an hour or so, my socks were wet in several spots. These shoes are leaking all over and that defeats the whole purpose of having them!
Now the return policy allows you to return only unworn items, but how on earth would one know that waterproof boots are leaking without wearing them?!
So far I am very disappointed."

"Love these boots. They are the most versatile and comfortable weather-proof boots I've ever owned, completely waterproof. I would recommend buying a full size bigger than you normally would so that you can wear a good thick pair of socks if you will be wearing them in cold weather."

"The Woodside boots would be perfect if they were not a narrow boot. Even being narrow they are still comfortable and are truly waterproof and stain resistant. Have not had a chance to try them in snow, overall a good boot."

"I wear an 91/2 in nike but these were to small.Sold out online in a 10 from there website, took then back for a refund but found out when the store checked there computer they had like 40 pairs in the warehouse."
