I love these shoes. They are cute and stylish to wear with jeans, but they've got all the support I need to go for a jog.

I was drawn to these shoes because of their bright colors and then read what Nike wrote about them and thought they sounded good for what I wanted. I use them in a hip hop/cardio class and they work pretty well. They are a bit wider then what I prefer, but they have great traction, are light weight, and provide great support. I jogged 3 miles in them and they were good, but I think the Nike shocks are better for jogging.
