Shoes are comfortable. They have taken a little longer to break in than others. I feel the muscle areas that are being worked after each walk.

These toning shoes are great! The ones with the reverse incline hurt my lower back. These don't have that feature. They are easier to walk in unlike the other type also. Much happier with these! They could look a little more sporty though.
