They are very comfertable and you can't even tell when wearing them that they are doing as much as they do. Wear these shopping or cleaning the house and you'll get toned fast. They are awesome!

This shoe works the muscles as it claims. I have this shoe in white and black--I love them. I wore this shoe on a trip to Disneyland. By the middle of each day the muscles on back side of my calves, thighs, and buttocks were sore as can be--It felt like I had done a serious workout!

These shoes are great. I have been trying to diet and exercise for my upcoming wedding. I purchased these shoes after Christmas, and they are REALLY comfortable. (I swear by Crocs, and these are just as comfortable as Crocs). The shoes really do give you a work-out. I wear them running errands, and I can feel them working out my thighs. I was actually a little sore one day after a long trip to the mall. I highly recommend for nothing more than just a really comfortable shoe.

I've great things about the easy tone. Leet me tell you, the do work! The tone and strenghten your calf, buttock, and thigh muscles. Buy it , you won't be sorry. Well worth the money.
