"These fit true to all other Dr. Martens I've worn. Size 11 every time.
I was reluctant to buy a 'boot' but the cuff on the top prevents chaffing and the leather is flexible. Great sole as always. Easy to put the boots on.

"This is the first pair of Dr. Martens shoes that I've owned. I was looking for a dress pair of shoes to wear to work in the office and these looked to fit the bill. I was suprised how nicely they fit. My one complaint would be that they don't have a insole liner. I did have a liner from an older pair of shoes that I moved over and now they have a nice soft sole. Without a sole liner they are very hard on the bottoms of the feet. Also the label inside the shoe is rough on your heel."

"I needed something rugged to replace the Vans that wore out in only 6 months. I work as a mechanic and am tough on shoes. I was shopping for new Vans and noticed these and immediately purchased them. After wearing them or a few weeks, they are really comfortable. They were a little stiff at first, which is to be expected from leather, but now that they've broken in, they're great. I expect I'll be wearing these guys for the next couple years."

"I was nervous ordering a pair of shoes online without trying them on for size. My feet are on the slim side. The shoes arrived within a few days and were the right size and very comfortable. "These boots are great and I have received a lot of unexpected compliments. Comfortable, well made and go great with jeans. I also wear them to the office occasionally. I have not noticed the odor issue someone else commented about. They smell like new leather to me. Only complaint is they are a too narrow for my size 4E foot. Not too many 4E shoe choices out there so decided to give these a try. They broke in well though and are now comfortable to wear."

"They looks good and will feel pretty good after the rather stiff heels break in a bit, but these boots smell! They had a sort of animal/chemical odor right out of the box and it has not diminished much in the several months I have had them. I don't know if the tanning process is the problem, or the leather (Civit-cat from China??) I can't wear them in a small car or the driver thinks I stepped in something foul. Poo!"
