"As another reviewer (with a size 12 narrow foot) warned these are not any bigger than regular size Peds. I wear a size 11 wide shoe and I was so looking forward to having a foot cover that really fit and stayed on my foot, but these do not deliver. They really cramp my toes (if they stay on) and most times the heel slides off my foot after a few minutes of walking in my shoes. I wish manufacturers would accomodate those of us with larger than average feet."
Cons: not any larger than regular size
No, I do not recommend this product.

"I like to wear Peds with my ballet flats; they keep my feet comfortable and dry. I was excited to see these available in a shoe size 10-12, because I wear a size 12 narrow, and the regular Peds are snug enough that I can't wait to take them off at the end of the day. Unfortunately, these don't seem to be sized bigger--they feel like regular Peds."
