"Wore around the house and found it too stiff and uncomfortable, also the soles were too hard to be slip resistant. I returned these at a local Famous Footwear store for another shoe. I went back to the Timberland Pro Titian, a much more comfortable work boot.
I now am on my 6th pair. I much prefer the softness of this boot since I’m on my feet all day in an industrial environment. I was very pleased with Famous Footwear’s easy return policy."

"I buy these boots time & time again because of the durability. I wear them everyday in the harshest working environments & they hold up for months & months (usually get 9-12 months out of each pair). "I am an auto technician and need a good sturdy shoe that can hold up to a lot of wear and tear. I have been buying this boot for the past couple years and overall am very satisfied with it. "These are the only work boots my son will wear. He is a mechanic and on his feet all day. He wears a 13 Wide and fit very well. These shoes do seem to wear out very fast. The stores need to carry more wide width shoes."

"This is the second pair of these boot I have purchase. They are currently the best book to handle tree work I have found. Arboriculture is a very hard activity on shoes as most are not designed to handle work in trees. These boots have held up longer than all others. Plus Timberland is a good company."
