"This is the third pair I've purchased of this same shoe! I looked all over and thought that this style had been discontinued. Luckly I was able to track them down at FF. The shoes are very comfortable and look great for business and also casual with jeans. I would definately recommend these shoes."

"One of the most comfortable shoes I owned. After three months of normal wear - drive to work, walk around the office / client sites the heels (under the Steve Madden label) started to collapse. Felt spongy at first then within several days almost completely disintegrated. Upon closer inspection it became apparent that the heels are hollow - a cell structure of rubber membranes. Nothing new in the shoe industry, except in these shoes the membrane walls are very thin (shaving off 12 grams of rubber from every shoe does add-up I suppose). Contacted Steve Madden directly and got the typical run-around - 60-day warranty, itemized receipt for the purchase needed. My last email to their customer satisfaction department is yet to be answered. There's nothing like loosing a heel while walking with a client. Thanks Steve Madden for not taking the ownership of the situation – it’s much easier to hide behind standard-issue email responses, than to address the problem head on."

"These shoes go great with jeans, or can be worn with dress slacks on casual friday - or casual anyday. Very comfortable shoes - you can spend all day on your feet. Casual black shoes are harder to pull off than brown shoes, but these do it well."

"I wear this shoe to work basically everyday. It's not dressy enough for certain situations, but I love the fact that you can wear this casually or in a work setting. The first pair lasted a long time, so I recently purchased this one again. I've noticed that they will require a little bit of a break-in period, but once that's over with, they'll be great. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a versatile and comfortable shoe."

"Had to order online because they didn't have them in the retail store near my home. Disappointed by the quality of the leather and finish. Pretty much an average cheaper shoe, and I don't usually buy cheaper shoes for casual or formal wear. I guess I got what I paid for."

"I love these shoes. They are nice, yet simple. Something you can't see in the picture is that the toe is extended (for style I supposes), so there is another half inch or so of space in the front of your toes to give the shoe it's shape."
