Service was prompt and everything was in order. I had received my original Bentley from Haband as a substitute for another brand. I immediately appreciated its "M" width designation which apparently substituted for the standard "D" width I had ordered. The shoe slipped on and off so easily, yet didn't flop when I walked but stayed firmly in place. Now, as a result, I have two more, and they are pleasing me in exactly the same ways.
