Slippage at back of Heel

Proscomfortable store to try on shoes

I received great service at the Famous Footwear in Newton, Kansas. Everyone very helpful. I received a credit on the shoes I returned due to a little slippage at the back of the heel on my original purchase. Then I continued to shop and then bought a great pair of Sacony tennis shoes. I am very pleased with the shoe. Couldn't find the style I always look for and clerk immediately helped me and explained the difference in the tread design and this is what I was looking for. Overall experience at Famous Footwear very good.
