The shoes looked too fake. I use wear soft leather shoes because I have foot problems. I thought they were soft leather.I want to return them but I lost the receipt. Can they be returned? Please advise. Thank you.

Once a great shoe then the company changed the heel. I’ve worn these shoes for several years and have never had a problem walking in them. With my recent orders I’ve noticed the heel has changed to a hard rubber making them very slippery. My heels slide all the time but I’m able to catch myself before falling. Just recently I wasn’t able to catch myself and it was like I was in an ice skating rink. Thankfully I was caught by someone before I fell. These have turned into awful shoes.
