I have been looking for brown boots for several years. I wanted something a little different that a 66 yr.old grandma could wear. When I saw these boots....I knew I had found my boot!!! First, the sole is perfect. I don't have to worry about catching the heel on anything. Walking in them is comfortable. Boot is comfortabe on foot. The boot is not a solid tone in color, but marbled in browns. It goes beautifully with everything. My daughters and granddaughters wanted to borrow them for different events. I said "NO!!!" But the most important thing is this: Thanks to ALL of the financial help that Famous Footwear gives in purchase points, free shipping, and discount bargains, I was able to buy these boots without having to go without while living on a very small retirement budget. Thank You

Foot sizing good, calf sizing too wide.

The boot is beautiful and the fit is fine in the foot area but the calf area is way too roomy. Looks silly.

These boots are comfortable and fit very well. I ordered the 11W which can be hit and miss depending on the maker but these were perfect. They even have an extra zipper to give you more room. I just wish they had black in my size too.
