I found the sole of the shoe to thin and the instert in the shoe to soft and not enough spport for me. I had to send the shoe back because in trial use I could feel everything I was walking over. I feel the shoe could use a heaver sole and a insert that is more dense and gives more support. A person no heaver than 175lb to 190lb would be ideal for them.
