everyday wear still need time to break in heal aND TOE AREAS UNCOMFORTABLE YET not able to put my orthics in shoe and cushions do not remove easilyh or at all

I do allot of power/distance walking and dog walking. My first pair of Sketchers I purchased about 16 months ago at a store were super comfortable so I ordered this pair online. Even though I ordered the same size and style the ones I received were to small. I went on several long walks thinking they might loosen up but they are definately to small. I realize that I cannot return them now because I did wear them but unfortunately I am going to have to give them away. I will be purchasing another pair of Sketchers as I love the product but will not do so online and will wait for the lockdown to end and shop at a store were I can try them on....lesson learned
