ConsWear Out Quickly

Loved the shoe. Looks, comfort, dress for casual or dress down . Bought them in late spring and the BACK , I guess from slipping them on , is worn down to a stabilizing bar ? Didn't wear very long or well . Probably 3-4 months. Tearing up the back of my foot .
