Shoes are fantastic. I work in healthcare and am on my feet for 12-14 hours a day in a hospital. Loved them so much I bought another pair in a different color.

Shoes are comfortable and look good. I have regular width feet but narrow heels so I have a hard time finding shoes that don't slip off when I walk. These stay on with the help of the built in elastic.

These shoes were super comfortable right out of the box. I was going to wear them around the house for a while to make sure they fit before going outside, but somewhere along the way forgot I was "testing" the shoes and left to run errands. It wasn't until much later in the day that I realized I still had "test" shoes on, but they were so comfortable that I didn't remember it.
They slip on and off without ties, but still stay on your foot with no effort (bonus over clogs). They don't slip either. You can wear socks with them (bonus over ballet flats) for when it is too cold not to wear socks.
The leather can be polished for when they get scuffed up (bonus over suede). They have just enough heel to not be totally flat, but not so much that you feel like you are wearing heels. Very comfortable heel height.
