Having had 5 foot surgeries and still wanting to wear sandals, this is the only sandal that I have found that works for me. It provides plently of cushion on the bottom so you never "feel the pavement", doesn't slide around on your foot like a flip flop, and still has a stylish look. The first thing I put on when I come home from work and the only sandal I wear all weekend!
