This is the third pair I've purchased. I'm on my feet all day and these boots are extremely comfortable.

Consplastic piece on bottom of heel falls off.

I love the comfort and style of these boots so much that I have purchased 3 pair, all in black. Would like a brown pair??? The only problem I have with them is that the piece on the bottom of the heel keeps falling off. It's always on the right boot that is why I have gone through 3 pairs. Very strange but it has happened to all 3 pairs! I apply glue but it eventually falls off again. Haven't lost it yet! :-)
Please just fix the piece on the bottom of the boot. They are so comfortable and stylish. Love them.

I love these boots! They were actually my second choice, but I am so glad I got these instead! The wider heel doesn't make me feel like I'm going to roll my ankle with every step I take. They're very classic looking. Love them.
